Before any order is shipped, our quality control team follows a detailed verification process to ensure complete accuracy and product integrity:

Visual Documentation: Each fragrance and its packaging are photographed prior to dispatch to confirm its original condition and contents.

Our objective is to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered — safely and flawlessly.

2. Return Eligibility Policy

Due to the delicate and exclusive nature of luxury fragrances (sealed, personal items with limited quantities), returns are only accepted under the following specific circumstances:

Incorrect Product Delivered: You received a fragrance that does not match the one you ordered (for example, a wrong name or size).

Product Not as Described: The item significantly differs from its listing or images shown on our website.

Damage During Transit: If your order arrives damaged during delivery, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by clear photos or video showing both the damage and the unopened condition of the item.

Returns Not Accepted Under Any Circumstances

The following situations do not qualify for a return or refund, as they are not considered a seller error or product fault:

Change of Mind: If you simply decide you no longer want the item after ordering.

Personal Scent Preference: Statements like “I don’t like the scent,” “It smells different than I expected,” or “It’s not like my last bottle.” Fragrance perception is subjective and can differ due to skin chemistry, production batches, or personal expectation.

Incorrect Order by Customer: When the wrong item or size was chosen during checkout.

Unboxed Product Details: When a product is clearly marked as “unboxed” or “without cap,” and this information appears on the product page. Returns for these reasons are not accepted if the description was accurate.

3. Return Procedure & Requirements

If your return meets the eligibility criteria, please follow the steps below:

Initiate Request: Submit your return request within 2 calendar days of receiving your order.

Provide Evidence: Before a return can be approved, clear photos or video showing the product, its packaging, and perfume liquid level must be provided.

Product Condition:

Unopened & Unused: The fragrance must not be sprayed or unsealed in any way.

Original Packaging: The item must remain in its original undamaged retail packaging, with all seals, inserts, and accessories intact.

Proper Packaging: The product must be securely repacked exactly as received to avoid damage during return shipping.

Return Label & Courier Pickup: Once approved, Perfury will issue a prepaid return label and arrange courier pickup. Customers are responsible for properly labeling and preparing the parcel for collection.

Inspection Upon Arrival: Every returned product will undergo a thorough inspection at our facility. If the fragrance is found opened, used, or not in its original condition, the return may be declined or partially refunded at our discretion.

4. Cancellations & Applicable Deductions Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you cancel a paid order before dispatch, a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-recoverable payment gateway charges.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch (Refused Delivery)

If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped (for example, by refusing delivery), your refund will be processed once the item is returned to us, with the following deductions:

3% transaction fee

Two-way shipping costs (delivery and return)

20% restocking fee

Cancellation After Receiving the Item (Approved Returns)

For approved returns after delivery, the following deductions will apply:

3% transaction fee

Two-way shipping costs

20% restocking fee

5. Refund Process

Confirmation: Refunds or replacements are issued only after the returned product reaches us and passes inspection.

Refund Method: All refunds will be sent exclusively to the original payment method used.

Processing Period: Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer or bank policy.

Alternate Compensation: In special situations, and only with your consent, we may offer store credit or a voucher instead of a monetary refund.

6. Policy Misuse & Account Restriction

Perfury maintains a zero-tolerance policy for misuse or abuse of the return process.
Customers engaging in fraudulent claims, repeated invalid return requests, or attempts to return used products will have their accounts flagged or restricted.

Flagged accounts may be denied checkout access or future orders.
Perfury reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who violates or manipulates our policies.
